The Cost of Attendance (COA) is the total estimated expense for a year at college. This includes tuition, room and board, books, supplies, transportation, loan fees, and miscellaneous expenses. Think of it as your college budget, covering both direct and indirect costs.
Direct Costs are expenses that will appear on your college bill, such as tuition, fees, and room and board if you live on campus. Indirect Costs are not billed by the college but are estimated expenses associated with attending college, like books and transportation.
Each learning method, such as Distance or Online Learning, has its own COA. For instance, students living off-campus won't be billed for room fees by CC.
- Direct/CC Billed Costs: These are the items billed by and paid directly to CC.
- Indirect Costs: These are estimated expenses not billed by CC but are considered when determining eligibility for federal funding.
For the 2024-2025 academic year, the projected tuition and fee estimates for incoming freshmen (based on 30 credit hours for fall and spring semesters) are provided. Tuition and fees for continuing students may be lower.
