Sarah Hamilton

I am thrilled to return to the Columbia area and to join Columbia College community. With over 20 years of experience in higher education, I bring a diverse background that includes my own liberal arts education, as well as degrees in engineering. This interdisciplinary foundation has equipped me with strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, which I have effectively applied throughout my career, particularly in academic advising. I am passionate about supporting students on their academic journeys and helping them achieve their educational goals.

Outside of work, I am a devoted dog mom to two furry companions. I cherish spending quality time with family and friends, enjoying outdoor activities, and soaking up the beautiful SC sun. I am eager to contribute my skills and experience to Columbia College and support the success of all students.
