Dr. Ezaz Ahmed, Dean of the Division of Business, Entrepreneurship, and Technology, has been selected to join the Harvard Business Review (HBR)’s Advisory Council, an opt-in research community of business professionals. The Advisory Council is an online community of members interested in a wide range of topics that impact businesses and organizations. Through his membership in the Advisory Council, Dr. Ahmed will assist Harvard Business Review to improve the content it publishes and help chart the magazine’s future direction.
For the last two decades, Dr. Ahmed has been a data-driven insightful analyst. His distinguished career has included academic appointments in Asia, Australia, and the United States. Dr. Ahmed’s research has been published and presented globally in journals, conferences, magazines, newspapers, webinars, book chapters, and he has been a keynote speaker at international conferences. The unique opportunity to serve as a member of the HBR Advisory Council will give Dr. Ahmed opportunities to share his views and opinions with peers and staff of Harvard Business Review.
At Columbia College, Dr. Ahmed serves as the Dean of Business Entrepreneurship & Technology. He brings a robust body of knowledge in Human Resource, Management and Business as an academic and researcher. In addition to his PhD in Human Resources, Dr. Ahmed has an MBA in International Business with distinction, and he earned his Certificate in Online Teaching from the University of Oxford. Dr. Ahmed is a Senior Certified Professional (SCP) by the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), USA and a professional certified member (CAHRI) by the Australian HR Institute (AHRI).
