Victory Day

Victory Day is Columbia College’s annual day of giving. In February 1964, the main campus building caught fire and was destroyed. The Alumnae Association pledged to work tirelessly on raising $100,000 in an effort to help rebuild their beloved alma mater. On June 5, 1965, the Alumnae Association presented President Spears with a check for $372,170, equivalent to nearly $4 million dollars today.
To honor the Columbia College legacy and contribute,as Alumnae have in the past, join us on June 5th by making a gift on Victory Day. Give because you love purple. Give because someone did for you.
When you make a gift on Victory Day you have the opportunity to support one of the many areas of need for our students as we strive for a bright future: the Loyalty Fund, general endowed scholarships, Koala Pantry, College Place, interview attire support for students on the job hunt, Koala Athletics, or the Mitzi Winesett Good Samaritan Fund. Your generosity will make a difference in the lives of today's and tomorrow's students.
No matter the size of your gift, your generosity will combine with the generosity of other community members to contribute to Columbia College's bright future. Your gift for Victory Day will support all aspects of the student experience at our College. Today, as much as ever, our students are counting on you!
