Thanks to generous gifts from alumnae, parents, faculty, staff, organizations and friends of Columbia College, we can continue to provide the best academic experience for our students. Each giving level is important to the success of the College. Every gift matters.
The President’s Circle Society is comprised of donors whose significant support profoundly impacts the College. Members of the Tucker, Columns, Fountain, Asbury, College Drive, and Live Purple GOLD societies are all part of the esteemed President’s Circle Society.
The individuals and organizations recognized at these society levels have given gifts of $50,000 or more over their lifetime and honor our most dedicated supporters.
Named for the year our Columbia College was founded, the 1854 Society honors those who have demonstrated the highest level of investment in the College and our students. Society members give at the $1,000,000 level or above.
Old Main Society
The Old Main Society recognized those that give a minimum of $500,000. It is named in honor of the Old Main building, home to student dormitories and classrooms, which burned in 1964 and began a new era for the College.
Recognizing those whose lifetime giving is a minimum of $250,000.
Recognizing those whose lifetime giving is a minimum of $100,000.
Recognizing those whose lifetime giving is a minimum of $50,000.
R. Wright Spears Society
Recognizing individuals who support Columbia College with $25,000 or more, through living will provisions, trusts or assignment of assets.
Recognizing those individuals who have established a testamentary gift to benefit the College in the future.
