Programs/Workshops for Students

Developmental programming, workshop series and trainings are offered throughout the academic year. Topics include health anger management, self-exploration, healthy relationships, relaxation and stress reduction, women’s issues and more.

Outreach

Presentations are available to students organizations and groups, classrooms, and for faculty and staff. Please call Counseling Services to discuss a needed presentation.

Students, faculty and staff are encouraged to consult with the counselor if they are concerned about the emotional health of a student or need outside sources for help.
