Requesting an official transcript
Columbia College is pleased to announce that official transcripts for students who have attended since September, 2001, can now be sent electronically.
The state of South Carolina contracted with Parchment for electronic transmission of transcripts. Columbia College was invited to take advantage of this connection in order to expedite the sending and receiving of transcripts to and from institutions throughout the state. There is a small fee involved which goes to cover Parchment’s costs; Columbia College does not receive any money from the fees charged by Parchment.
Click here to go to the Parchment site to order official transcripts to be sent electronically, by mail, or for pickup from the Registrar’s Office. You will need a credit card to pay for the transcripts.
If you have trouble with the ordering site, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
NOTE: If your last date of attendance at Columbia College was prior to September, 2001, your transcripts cannot be sent through the Parchment system. You will need to do the following in order to request an official transcript.
