Advancement Coordinator

Columbia College is seeking an energetic and detail oriented individual to join its Advancement Division.  Serving as the Advancement Coordinator, the individual will play an active role with alumnae, donors and staff.  Primary responsibilities include organizing events to engage various constituencies.  This is an opportunity for a creative individual to bring new life into activities such as Alumnae Weekend, regional alumnae events and donor recognition.  Beyond events, this position serves as a resource to the advancement staff, providing day to day assistance coordinating office operations.

Columbia College Department of Financial Services is seeking a cashier to work in cooperation with faculty, staff, students, and external services providers, such as banks and auditors, to carry out functions of the Financial Services Department. The position requires excellent customer service attitude; accurate data entry skills; attention to details; the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks; organizational skills; both oral and written communication skills; and integrity. The key duties are listed below. Occasional overtime, evening and weekend hours are to be expected.

Media Relations & Design Coordinator

Columbia College’s Advancement Division seeks a creative and talented individual to capture stories about our students, faculty, staff and programs.  You will have the opportunity to tell the story of Columbia College through the writing of press releases, stories for on the website and in print materials, as well as those to be showcased utilizing social media.  In addition to being a strong writer, this position will draw upon your creativity as you assist with on-campus needs for design.  Our community will reach out to you for assistance with graphic design work such as fliers, table tents and in-house posters.  Let your creativity shine!  Become part of the Columbia College team.
