Advancement Coordinator

Columbia College is seeking an energetic and detail oriented individual to join its Advancement Division.  Serving as the Advancement Coordinator, the individual will play an active role with alumnae, donors and staff.  Primary responsibilities include organizing events to engage various constituencies.  This is an opportunity for a creative individual to bring new life into activities such as Alumnae Weekend, regional alumnae events and donor recognition.  Beyond events, this position serves as a resource to the advancement staff, providing day to day assistance coordinating office operations.

Applications Support Specialist

The Information Technology Department at Columbia College is seeking an Applications Support Specialist to provide database reporting and programming, expertise in ERP, and application software for the campus. Through the use of ERP software, programming, SQL, reporting applications, scripting, and other integration technologies, the Applications Support Specialist will develop and enhance systems to meet specific needs for the College. The primary focus of this position will be to support the College’s ERP (Jenzabar and associated modules, and 3rd party products), campus web initiatives and related integration projects.
